Connect spend changes to architecture, demand, incidents, releases, and business behavior.
Assign
Give each action to an owner with authority and time to act.
Act
Rightsize, schedule, commit, redesign, decommission, or deliberately accept the cost.
Verify
Confirm the bill changed, the service stayed healthy, and the saving is durable.
Reinvest
Use proven savings and unit economics to make better decisions.
